Returns

We accept returns for certain items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh meat, vegetables, or dairy products).
  • Customized or special-order items.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:
  1. Contact us at farmborg@farmborgfoods.com or 0816 179 4514 with your order details.
  2. Ship the product back to our return address at your cost (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
